Q: What is ready for ship/in stock/not ready to ship yet ?

Ready For Ship:

The ready for ship items can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after you place the order! If you need something urgently, we recommend you choose the【Ready For Ship】items!

In Stock:

The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.

The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.

Not Ready to Ship yet:

Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.

The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.

And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!

When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

1.You can order the ready for ship/instock/not ready to ship items together.
2.The order processing time won't change no matter what shipping options you choose.
3.In most cases, we will ship your order within promised estimated time, just in case, the product status changes from in stock to not in stock, we will notify you or you can email us for latest progress.

Transportation time:

Transportation time depends on the shipping options you choose: 

*Express Shipping:  7-10 days

*Commercial Shipping: 10-25 days

*E-Packet/China Post: 25-75 days 

You will see 2-3 shipping options when checkout!

If there is no shipping option, it is probably because you have too many items in your cart or the items are too heavy, we suggest you divide it into two orders, don't worry, the shipping fee is the same as if you order them together!

SR Level costumes are 0.5-1kg heavier than those of R level and similar products on the market at least .

About Europe VAT TAX
We offer two shipping options for EU customers

A.Express shipping-DHL
1.Shipping fee does not include vat tax
2.Custom or local delivery company may randomly investigate package value .
We can't declare low value for your package

B.Commercial shipping
1.Shipping fee includes vat tax
2.Definitely don't have to pay vat tax when packages arrive in the destination country.

The wig is ready for ship,order processing time is about 1-2 days.

Ótima peruca meio rala e um pouco curta mas ótima mesmo assim. a rede nao fica aparecendo. se for alguem com uma cabeça maior,talvez ela fique mais curta. atendimento da dokidoki,como sempre impecável. sempre tentam ajudar de toda forma. ( nas fotos eu já havia cortado a franja ) @galagakero

I honestly thought that they were joking when offered to fix the broken piece myself...

On March 5th, I've engaged them company thru e-mail providing evidence of a bad shipping (the 'Kunai' piece arrived broken). Haven't heard back from anyone till May 3rd, after a follow up e-mail requiring an update.
They asked me if I believe that I could fix myself and followed by a message informing that they could refund my $4 "as compensation" as well if I place a new order on their website they could send you a small gift.
I replied no and I'm still waiting the new piece arrive so till there, I'll keep my review as it is.

We had not seen your email of 5 March, but we replied immediately to the email you sent us on 3 May.
If you don't think you can fix it yourself, we will send you a new one, which will take about 2 weeks, but don't worry, we will send it to you. (ฅ´ω`ฅ)
