The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.
The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.
Not Ready to Ship yet:
Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.
The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.

Photos for some reason did not load and I can’t edit my review so here is more photos or the broken umbrella (also sent all these photos and video to the company who still say it can be used which is unacceptable!!)

I was very excited for this umbrella after I got the navia costume and other than a little fault that can be easily fixed it was perfect but I can’t say the same for he umbrella. I bought the sr version as it was supposed to be higher quality but after taking it out of the box I saw the bottom part of the umbrella with the chain was nowhere to be seen, the top of the umbrella popped off as I was taking off the bubble wrap and the handle can barely even be held as it is wobbly and feels like it was snap. you can’t even open the umbrella while holding the handle because it was slide down. I emailed about the damages almost a week ago I believe at this point and emails are still going and the costumer service is terrible. Had to send a video to show the damages after all I’ve asked for is a full refund or a replacement after offering to return the umbrella but even before the video they said all they could do is 5 dollars in compensation then half the price refund which is just unacceptable when the umbrella isn’t cheap, can barley use it and parts are missing. Costumer service also thinks just because it opens its useable which isn’t correct at all when you can barely hold it with the handle sliding down all the time!! All I wanted was an umbrella for my cosplay now I’m stuck with a broken one that I can do nothing with and a mess with costumer service when they won’t just give me a simple refund which is all I want at this point
