The ready for ship items can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after you place the order! If you need something urgently, we recommend you choose the【Ready For Ship】items!
In Stock:
The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.
The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.
Not Ready to Ship yet:
Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.
The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.
And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!
When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

When the cosplay arrived it was clear that it wasn't the product shown in the pictures. The cut and materials were completely different. It was pretty awful looking. When I contacted them they apologised and said they accidentally sent out the wrong cosplays. I wanted to return it and told them that they should send out the correct cosplay. They then claimed it was sold out in size S and definitelywouldn'tbe restocked again, so there was no way zi was going to get what I had ordered. I was furious because I had ordered it in Presale and now this happens? I told them I wanted to keep it and try to alter it so that it was at least wearable. So they offered me a measly 15 $ refund. What made me really angry though was when a few days later I saw that the cosplay was availabe in their store again.. in size S! I messaged them about it and why they lied to me about it the restock. They were like "Oh well, that was just a few more that were in stock. Do want to order some now?". The audacity! As if I would want to order that again after what had happened!
We're sorry about that. if you don't like the worng version cosplay ,we can give you full refund and cover the return shipping fee. But you wanted to keep it, so we gave you a partial refund. It is true that the factory will not produce this dress anymore. However, the factory found a small amount of stock while clearing out inventory, which we could not have anticipated before. If you have other better solutions, you can also continue to consult with us via email. We will try our best to give you a better experience. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused.
