1. Shipping Range
We currently offer shipping services within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, DC (excluding overseas areas or military addresses APO/FPO).

2. Shipping Method and Time
We provide standard shipping services for US orders.
*Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
* Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
* Shipping Time: The package will be delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.
Note: Order processing and shipping time does not include weekends and federal holidays.


3. Shipping Cost
All products are eligible for free shipping.


4. Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with the logistics tracking number of the package. You can always check the status of the package on the official website of the logistics company.


5. Lost or Damaged Package
* If your package is lost or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service team immediately.
* We will provide you with free re-shipping or refund services after confirmation.
* Please file a claim within 7 calendar days of receiving the package and attach relevant photos (such as damaged products or packaging).


6. Shipping Restrictions
* We currently do not support shipping to overseas areas of the United States, military addresses (APO/FPO) or Post Office Boxes (PO Box).
* Some orders may be delayed due to force majeure factors (such as bad weather or logistics delays), and we will contact you in time.
